Community and Family Resources (CFR) is pleased to announce the opening of a new Recovery House for women at 728 S. 17th St. in Fort Dodge. The community is invited to attend an open house and ribbon cutting with the Greater Fort Dodge Growth Alliance on May 11, 2023, from 4:00 PM – 5:30 PM. Same-day access/walk-in substance use evaluations will not be available at our Des Moines Outpatient office on Saturday, April 1, 2023. We apologize for any inconvenience. You may view the regular same-day access schedule for all of our locations here. 

Road construction will begin on Monday, March 20, 2023, that will affect our Des Moines Outpatient office at 3451 Easton Blvd. We will remain open and you can still reach us!
