Due to water damage in part of our Rockwell City office, the January 10, 2023 evening EOP group will be cancelled. All clients will be contacted in order to schedule individual appointments. Due to inclement weather, treatment services will not be available at our Webster City office location on Thursday, December 22, 2022. Additionally, our outpatient office in Iowa City will close at 3:00 PM; the outpatient offices in Ames, Fort Dodge, Boone, and Des Moines will close at 4:00 PM. CFR's Fort Dodge office will not hold Same Day Access/Walk-In Evaluations on Saturday, December 10, 2022. Please refer to the Same Day Access schedule for alternative availability for walk-in substance use evaluations. Please contact us at 515-576-7261 with any questions or concerns.
