Community and Family Resources welcomes the communities we serve to join us in recognizing International Overdose Awareness Day. Beginning on Monday, August 25, 2025, the same day access substance use evaluations offered in Des Moines will move to our location at 3806 Easton Boulevard. The days and times will remain the same and you can find more details on our Same Day Access Page.

Construction activities will soon begin at our Des Moines Outpatient location at 3451 Easton Blvd. Please exercise extra caution and awareness while on site, and follow all posted safety protocols. If you encounter any safety concerns, please notify a staff member immediately. Thank you for your patience as we work to construct a new campus for our residential and outpatient programs!

Same-day/walk-in substance use evaluations will not be available in Iowa City on Tuesday, June 24, 2025. We apologize for this scheduling change and welcome you to contact us at 319-351-4357 with any questions.
