Boone Office Re-Location Eff. 3/31/26
CFR’s office in Boone will move to
900 West Mamie Eisenhower Ave. (also known as 900 West 3rd Street) effective
March 31, 2026. Our office will be located within the Boone County Social Services/Veterans' Affairs building.
Our Boone office will be closed on March 30, 2026 due to the move.
All appointments scheduled on or after March 31, 2026, will take place at the new location.
Our phone number and days/hours of operation will remain the same, and our dedicated team will continue to provide the same high-quality behavioral heath care.
