CFR's outpatient offices will be closed on December 24 & 25, 2020 and January 1, 2021, in observance of the holidays. All residential-based programs will remain open 24/7 as usual. The UCS Healthcare MAT Clinics that are located in Fort Dodge and Ames will also be closed on these dates.
