Due to today's severe weather warnings, CFR's outpatient offices will all be closing early at 2:00 PM on Wednesday, December 15, 2021. All residential-based programs will remain open 24/7 as usual, and you may reach us at 866-801-0085 with any questions or concerns.

Beginning December 13, 2021, Community & Family Resources' Detoxification/Withdrawal Management Program will re-open to allow admissions 24 hours per day/7 days per week at our Fort Dodge location (211 Avenue M West, Fort Dodge, IA 50501). We do recommend calling 515-576-7261 or 866-801-0085 in advance for availability if possible.

Please note that same-day (walk-in) substance use evaluations at the Ames outpatient office will end early at 12:00 PM on Friday, October 15, 2021, due to unexpected scheduling conflicts. Effective October 18, 2021, CFR's Clarion outpatient office hours will change to Wednesdays from 10:00 AM to 6:30 PM and Fridays from 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM. Please contact our office at 515-576-7261 with any questions or concerns. 

Beginning the week of September 20, 2021, Community & Family Resources' Detoxification/Withdrawal Management program will begin admitting new clients on Mondays, Tuesdays, and Wednesdays only. If an individual is in need of detoxification/withdrawal management on Thursday-Sunday, please contact the nearest hospital Emergency Department. This is a temporary schedule adjustment and we will return to admitting new clients 7 days a week as soon as possible in the future. We apologize for any
