
Angi G. joined CFR in January 2021 as a Mental Health Therapist.
Angi's previous experience includes advocacy for persons with disabilities, nursing home social work, hospice, residential substance abuse admissions, and most recently she worked remotely in Wisconsin for people using the Family Care Medicaid program. Angi graduated from both state schools with a BA in Social Work at Iowa State and a Master’s degree in Social Work from University of Iowa.
In her free time she likes to walk on nature trails and watch birds. She enjoys spending time on her vacation property in Boscobel, Wisconsin and playing and enjoying life with her extended family, husband, grown sons, and grandchildren.

Jackie is a Gambling Treatment Counselor in our Iowa City location. She graduated from Iowa Wesleyan College with a bachelor’s in Human Services and Criminal Justice and has an associates degree from Southeastern Community College with an emphasis in Chemical Dependency Counseling.
She has over 15 years of experience in human services, including providing prevention education to adolescents in our community through Life Skills training and giving them information on vaping, alcohol and other drugs. She has experience working with people who have mental health concerns and integrating them into our community.
Currently, she is working on a new approach and available treatment with problem gambling.

Ronda has been an outpatient counselor at our Iowa City location since November 2020, with specialties in gambling treatment, adolescent treatment, and served as Family Treatment Court liaison for 2 years. She received her tCADC within a month of employment and in January 2023 earned her IADC certification.
Ronda began working in the behavioral health services in 2007, providing care coordination and BHIS services to children, adolescents, and adults focusing on teaching. In 2013 she moved to employment at a local high school as an in-school suspension supervisor where she provided both support and guidance to adolescents who demonstrated behavioral issues for the next 6 years. Prior experience consists of over 20 years providing excellent customer service to customers and over 9 years of supervisory experience in retail sales and with people who experience barriers to independence.
In her free time, she spends quality time with her children, grandchildren, fiancé and her 2-year-old Malshi, Cooper.

Rosemary is a board-certified psychiatric nurse practitioner based in our Iowa City location. With a rich and varied background in health care—spanning both rural communities and bustling urban centers—she’s witnessed firsthand the many ways mental health is overlooked. After spending a decade working as a registered nurse.
Rosemary earned her Master of Science in Nursing from Chamberlain University to deepen her ability to support her patients. Rosemary’s practice philosophy centers on partnership: she works together with her patients, offering clear, evidence-based education on mental health without bias. Her empathy and understanding of everyday challenges ensure that no one feels weighed down by their mental health journey alone. Warm, welcoming, and nonjudgmental, Rosemary creates a space where her patients know they’re truly supported.

Serena joined CFR in July 2024. Serena is an Outpatient Addiction Treatment Counselor, the Adolescent Outpatient Counselor, our Johnson County Family Treatment court liaison and also provides services at our Conroy office.
Serena has been Certified Alcohol and Drug Counselor (CADC) since 2019. She has a Women’s in Recovery Certificate that she gained in 2022. She has worked in the Addiction treatment field since 2018. She received her bachelors Degree from Upper Iowa University in Psychology and is currently pursuing her Masters in Mental Health Counseling.
Outside of work, Serena has 1 child, 3 dogs and 2 cats. She enjoys spending time with family and friends, crafting and doing renovations to her home.

Trevor joined CFR in December 2025 as an Outpatient Addiction Treatment Counselor.
Trevor has had his IADC credential since October 2025 but has held the equivalent of this credential in Missouri since 2022, and the equivalent of the CADC since 2021. Trevor has worked in the Addiction treatment field since 2016, ranging from a behavioral health technician for adolescent inpatient, adolescent and adult inpatient counseling, and adolescent and adult outpatient counseling. He received his bachelor’s degree from Truman State University in Psychology and is currently pursuing his Masters in Mental Health Counseling.

Weller is an Outpatient Counselor in Iowa City.
