There are many funding options available. We accept Iowa Medicaid (Title-19) and most private insurance companies and will contact them to seek precertification for our services. We also offer services on a sliding-fee scale to those who qualify. A sliding-fee scale is based on family income and may result in a significant reduction in fees.
