At Community & Family Resources (CFR), our staff has the opportunity to provide support at many different levels with youth as well as adults.  Our teams at CFR consist of highly qualified and motivated staff that has a passion for working with people and specifically assisting those who have or have had a struggle with substance use and the disease of addiction.  Many of the people we serve have also struggled with poor decision making, legal issues, homelessness, mental health disorders, health issues, and family issues leaving them with minimal support.  Our team at CFR works together to provide support and instill hope for the people we work with.  We provide education regarding alternatives that are available and the hope of achieving a healthy and happy lifestyle.

CFR is currently seeking an HR Manager to join our team.  The HR Manager provides multiple functions including maintaining employee compliance, ensuring personnel files are in compliance, maintaining and updating personnel policies, place job advertisements, conducting employee orientation, administering the performance review program, administers and monitors leaves of absence and proper tracking, and advises management in appropriate resolution of employee relations issues.  The HR Manager is required to have a valid driver's license and proof of automobile insurance.  Post offer background check and pre-employment drug screen is required.

Skills & Experience

  • Bachelors degree in Human REsources, Business Administration or relaterd field
  • Minimum of one year experience in an administration or human resources role.
  • Minimum of one year experience in a role which involved providing high-level customer service to internal and/or external customers. 
  • Experience with developing and documenting processes or systems.
  • SHRM-CP preferred.
