Due to inclement weather, the Fort Dodge and Pocahontas outpatient offices will close early at 4:30 PM on Thursday, December 15, 2022.

CFR's Webster City outpatient office will be closed on Tuesday, December 13, 2022. Please contact us at 515-576-7261 with any questions or concerns.

CFR's Clarion outpatient office will be closed on Friday, December 9, 2022. Please contact our Fort Dodge office at 515-576-7261 with any questions or concerns. 

CFR's Fort Dodge office will not hold Same Day Access/Walk-In Evaluations on Saturday, December 10, 2022. Please refer to the Same Day Access schedule for alternative availability for walk-in substance use evaluations. Please contact us at 515-576-7261 with any questions or concerns.

The Ames office Same Day Access hours are changing to be 10:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. today. They will be ending an hour earlier than usual. We apologize for any inconvenience. Community & Family Resources' outpatient offices will be closed on Monday, July 4, 2022 in observation of Independence Day. All residential-based programs will remain open 24/7 as usual and staff can be reached at 866-801-0085.

Walk-in/same-day access substance use evaluations will not be available in Fort Dodge on Saturday, June 25, 2022. We apologize for any inconvenience.
