All CFR outpatient offices will be closed on December 24, 2025; December 25, 2025; and January 1, 2026. Our Webster City office will be closed an additional day on December 26, 2025.   Our residential-based programs are always open 24/7 and you can reach us at 866-801-0085 with questions or concerns.  

We're excited to offer a winter training series that is open to the public on Wednesdays and Fridays, beginning December 17, 2025! Due to inclement weather, CFR's Clarion outpatient office is closed on December 11, 2025. All individuals with scheduled services have been contacted, and any questions can be directed to our Fort Dodge office at 515-576-7261. 

Beginning the week of December 15, 2025, there will no longer be same day access/walk-in substance use evaluations on Tuesdays at our Iowa City location. Same day evaluation will continue to be held in Iowa City on Monday, Wednesday, Thursday, and Friday from 10:00 AM to 2:00 PM. Please see our Same Day Access page for more details.

We have a 2,133 SF space available to rent in our Webster City office at 500 Fair Meadow Drive. This space has 6 offices, 2 bathrooms, a reception/lobby area, common space, and kitchenette for $1,400/month. Our Des Moines Outpatient office, located at 3451 Easton Blvd., will be closed on Tuesday, October 14, 2025, from 8:00 AM to 1:00 PM. Please contact us at 515-262-0349 with any questions. 

Until further notice, substance use evaluations will not be available on a walk-in basis at our Boone office, but can be accessed through walk-in hours at other nearby locations or on a scheduled basis. We are so sorry to share that our Ethics Training scheduled for September 19 & 26, 2025, has been cancelled due to unforeseen and difficult circumstances involving a key member of the event.   We appreciate your understanding and compassion.
