Beginning March 3, 2025, temporary construction activities will begin at our Des Moines outpatient office that will last approximately two weeks. This work will occur along the perimeter of our property and we ask that all visitors exercise additional caution in these areas and around equipment. Please inform a staff member immediately of any safety concerns. 

All CFR outpatient offices will close early at 1:00 PM on Friday, March 14, 2025. Residential-based programs will remain open 24/7 as usual. We appreciate your understanding and encourage you to call us at 866-801-0085 with any questions or concerns.

Our Ames office parking lot is being repaved, but we are still open and have accessible parking spaces for clients and visitors! Please enter through the MICA parking lot on SE 16th St. and park in the west section of the CFR parking lot.
