CFR’s office in Boone will move to 900 West Mamie Eisenhower Ave. (also known as 900 West 3rd Street) effective March 31, 2026. We're excited to share some news about our Eastern Iowa outpatient offices! Beginning the week of March 16, 2026, our Conroy office will be open for appointments 2 days per week - Mondays from 8 AM-4 PM and Wednesdays from 10 AM-6 PM! Additionally our Washington office hours on Tuesdays will change to 10 AM-5:30 PM.  

Due to inclement weather our Ames and Des Moines outpatient offices will be opening at 10:00 AM today, February 20, 2026.

Due to inclement weather, CFR's Clarion outpatient office is closed on December 11, 2025. All individuals with scheduled services have been contacted, and any questions can be directed to our Fort Dodge office at 515-576-7261. 

Beginning the week of December 15, 2025, there will no longer be same day access/walk-in substance use evaluations on Tuesdays at our Iowa City location. Same day evaluation will continue to be held in Iowa City on Monday, Wednesday, Thursday, and Friday from 10:00 AM to 2:00 PM. Please see our Same Day Access page for more details.

We have a 2,133 SF space available to rent in our Webster City office at 500 Fair Meadow Drive. This space has 6 offices, 2 bathrooms, a reception/lobby area, common space, and kitchenette for $1,400/month.
