On Tuesday, August 1, 2023, part of Community & Family Resources' phone system will be temporarily unavailable starting at 5:00 PM. This outage is anticipated to last for approximately 3 hours while upgrades are completed. During this time, if you need to reach staff in our Fort Dodge Residential or Detox programs, please use 515-576-9500. This upgrade will not affect the phone numbers for our Iowa City or Des Moines programs.

Road construction continues near our Des Moines Outpatient office at 3451 Easton Blvd. We remain open and you can still reach us! Beginning July 10, 2023, please access our building from the East (over the bridge) on Easton Blvd. Give us a call at 515-262-0349 with any questions or concerns.
