Construction activities will soon begin at our Des Moines Outpatient location at 3451 Easton Blvd. Please exercise extra caution and awareness while on site, and follow all posted safety protocols. Same-day/walk-in substance use evaluations will not be available in Iowa City on Tuesday, June 24, 2025. We apologize for this scheduling change and welcome you to contact us at 319-351-4357 with any questions. All Community and Family Resources' outpatient offices will be closed on Friday, July 4, 2025, in observance of Independence Day. All 24-hour based programs will remain open as usual. 

Beginning June 4, 2025, our Boone office will begin offering same day access substance use evaluations on Wednesdays from 10 AM to 3 PM. Please see the flyer for additional information.
