Same-day/walk-in substance use evaluations will not be available in Iowa City on Tuesday, June 24, 2025. We apologize for this scheduling change and welcome you to contact us at 319-351-4357 with any questions. All Community and Family Resources' outpatient offices will be closed on Friday, July 4, 2025, in observance of Independence Day. All 24-hour based programs will remain open as usual. 

Beginning June 4, 2025, our Boone office will begin offering same day access substance use evaluations on Wednesdays from 10 AM to 3 PM. Please see the flyer for additional information.

Beginning the week of March 31, 2025, the front desk of our Fort Dodge outpatient office will be open during the following times: Monday, Tuesday, & Wednesday: 8:00 AM-6:00 PM Thursday: 8:00 AM-5:30 PM Friday: 8:00 AM-5:00 PM *Please note that scheduled appointments and groups may fall outside of these hours.* These hours also do not affect residential, detox, or the UCS MAT Clinic.    Please call us at 515-576-7261 with any questions.
